AeroWest International is looking to hire a dedicated, proactive and motivated person as an Outside Sales Representative. If you’re considering a career in sales, this is a great opportunity to experience selling services in a leading and growing industry. As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, selling services, recruiting and training new franchisees.

Salary + Commission + benefits, based on qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers and Aerowest franchisee prospects.
  • Strategically negotiating with potential customers and franchisee prospects.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospective customers and new franchisees.
  • Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products/services to new and existing customers.
  • Successfully recruiting new franchisees in designated areas.
  • Ability to train new franchisees in their territory.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
  • Researching competitors’ products and pricing as well as market conditions.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
  • Responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products/services to customers and franchisees.
  • Being able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.

Requirements

  • Impeccable interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
  • Ability and willingness to travel when required.
  • Have effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills to quickly answer customers’ questions and solve their potential issues with the product or service.
  • Have impressive self-discipline and time-management skills to ensure to stay on top of priority tasks and regularly meet deadlines and hit quotas.

Preferred but not required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
  • Proven outside sales experience.
